The National Youth Programme team includes team leads for the 5 Programme Sections, the Adventure Skills, National Events, Sustainable Scouting, Chief Scout Award and other programme initiatives. They are all volunteers and meet regularly with the National Youth Reps and the Provincial Youth Programme Representatives. The current chair of the core team is Richard Scriven who is supported by the programme staff team in National Office at Larch Hill.
